Mark E. Moran, D.O, M.S.H.I, F.A.O.C.O. is a board-certified ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology, specializing in LASIK laser vision correction, cataracts, and routine eye examinations.

Dr. Moran has been performing refractive surgery in the Lehigh Valley Pennslyvania since 1993 and has corrected the vision of over 10,000 patients. He was the first surgeon in the area to do PRK.

He was selected as one of the Top 100 surgeons in the country by Sightpath Medical five years in a row. Dr. Moran has been practicing in Allentown, PA since 1990. Dr. Moran also has a special interest and skills in the use of computers in medicine. In addition to his medical degrees, he is certified in Healthcare Informatics.


Dr. Bianca Tang

Bianca Tang, O.D.  Dr. Tang is a Summa cum laude graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University.  She earned her undergraduate degree, also Summa cum laude, in Biological Sciences and Health Professions at Penn State University.  She was part of the Schreyer Honors College and was Phi Beta Kappa there.

Her clinical experience includes working with patients with low vision, prescribing low vision devices and rehabilitation techniques.  She was part of a team of occupational therapists and social workers providing device training, orientation and mobility training, as well as daily living services at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. While working there, she developed a special interest in working with visually impaired children with special needs. She interned at the VA Medical Center in New Jersey, and Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

Mandy has been working with Dr. Moran since 2000. She started as a receptionist and through various promotions is now one of his managers. Mandy holds several professional certifications, most recently she achieved Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (C.O.A) status. She was one of the first Certified Patient Service Specialists (C.P.S.S.) in Pennsylvania and is Ophthalmic Scribe Certified (O.S.C.).  Mandy recently received her Certified Ophthalmic Assistant certification.  She looks forward to both assisting patients in the front office along with assisting Dr. Moran on the clinical side.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 sons and twin granddaughters.  She has a passion for music and the guilty pleasure of reality television.  She looks forward to seeing our current patients and meeting new ones.

Beth started her career with Dr. Moran in 1990. She has been Dr. Moran’s manager for 27 years and counting. You will most likely see Beth in the front office assisting patients will all their needs.   Beth is Certified Patient Service Specialists (C.P.S.S) and is an Ophthalmic Scribe Certified (O.S.C.).  She is currently expanding her knowledge in insurance coding to better serve our patients.
Beth enjoys spending time with her husband, children, nieces, and nephews. She loves boating and spends her free time at the lake. Campfires and family are her favorites!

Cindy joined Dr. Moran in 2000, first a receptionist and then she quickly transitioned to be his lead scribe.  Cindy is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) and has an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting.  

Outside of the practice, she is a busy mother of two, daughter Alayna and son Vinny.  Both children are active in Kung Fu and baseball.  She has been married to husband, Nick for 11 years. Together they enjoy concerts and spending time with their families.

Bobbi has been part of Dr. Moran’s eye care team for over 7 years. She is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) and is a Certified Patient Services Specialist (CPSS).  She has worked with Dr. Moran on the surgical side, as his LASIK Coordinator, helping hundreds of patients improve their vision through corrective laser surgery.  
At Moran Eye Associates, Bobbi will continue to work with LASIK patients as well as helping to educate patients on cataract surgery options.  She also provides marketing services for the practice as the author of our patient education blogs. She has a bachelor’s degree in English. 
Bobbi has always had a focus on education.  She served multiple terms as PTA president in the Easton Area School District at both the high school and elementary levels. On weekends and evenings, she can be found in front of her sewing machine, making memory quilts. She enjoys spending time with her three grown children, her husband Bill, and their dog, Roxy.
